the guy the speak spanish it's the most racist I ever see on a bank he try to scratch my passport to see if it was real and after all he give me a paper on English saying the he gave me good...

It's during 4 pm. afternoon. Long waiting line during rush hour. I'm not a fan of this bank. Grr. Takes forever to get service and too many different people to get the right information....
