The people here are generally nice but... SOOOO SLOW! Been waiting to speak to a "banker" (are there really any bankers anymore??) for almost an hour and there's a line of people waiting behind...

This bank gets one star because of one teller! She is cold and rude. She usually trains the new tellers.
