My opinion is : if he has to use your money to work you have no recourse if he does not for fill his commitment . We were took for $20k. Find someone else. Don't get the shaft!

This guy is not to be trusted. Do Not Trust him. He has not finished. It's been 9months and nothing. We paid him ALL of 72k. Don't trust him! He will not answer my calls. We have no equipment!
