AVOID this place! Quality of work marginal. Business practices are "other than honest" -- i.e. price manipulation! Customer service nowadays is terrible. NOTE: This is a new / different owner...

This review is going to be short and sweet. I took my black patent leather pumps to be cleaned, and they were not. Nothing was done to them. Now, you have to pay in advanced and now I see why....
