Veronica Adadevoh - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called and spoke with this agent a few times and each time it seemed like I was bothering her. She was not interested in assisting me one bit. I will also be switching but not from StateFarm...

This is one of the most unprofessional agents I have ever encountered. One thing is clear, she doesn't do what she commits herself to do. She also touts her Customer Service when there is none.

I have not had any issues with State Farm as my insurance company. The same can not be said for Veronica Adadevoch (agent) and staff who were non responsive to emails, calls or general inquires....
