this place is poorly run. 6 people waiting 3 slow employees one spent 20 minutes with a customer. No one in charge. no greeting. no way to know where u r in line. pathetic customer no service....

Avoid this store at all costs. Prepare to wait hours for ANYTHING. I would drive an extra 45 minutes to get to any other store Update: upgraded my phone and returned my old iPhone to this store...
