Wait is long and they appear to be fully staffed. Hopefully they'll evaluate responsiveness and add more staff. Clean store and convenient to Rincon.

I just had the best experience at the Rincon Verizon store. Excellent customer service and accommodation. I would suggest anyone go there and ask for Mike the general manager. Amazing!!!!!
