Venture Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy is therapist owned & operated and has been treating patients in the East Paulding / West Cobb area since 1996. It is our goal to utilize hands on therapy, therapeutic exercise, pain relieving modalities, and education to help you get rid of your limited function and pain to confidently get back to life and activity as soon as possible. Specializing in orthopedic & sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehab, & balance/gait disorders, we strive to combine our decades of experience with our caring attitude to make the therapy, throughout your course of treatment, as positive and effective as possible.

Manisha is the President and Owner of Meadows Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic since its inception in 2001. She started the clinic to provide individualized care to patients. In 2003, she opened a second branch in Lawrenceville. Manisha has a PhD in Anatomy and has over 19 years experience as a physical therapist in treating orthopedic and hand injuries and is a certified hand therapist for the past 14 years. She has worked with patients recovering from all types of orthopedic surgeries including ACL reconstruction, Rotator Cuff Repair, Labral Repairs of the shoulder and hip, and Total Joint Replacements of the Shoulder, Hip, Knee and Great toe. In addition to being a physical therapist, Heidi is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Heidi is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Physical Therapy Association of Georgia. Ann received her MS in Community Health Education and Physical Therapy at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and her PhD in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jamie has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist and has worked in acute care, rehab, home health, long term care, out-patient care and has a certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University. She enjoys helping patients with neurological disorders, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, and dizziness and falls problems. She has made many presentations to support groups such as the Parkinson Support group, stroke support group and church groups about fall prevention. Jamie is currently working on her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA Neurological Section, and the Vestibular Disorders Association.
