The staff at my location aren't friendly, no service with a smile here, I feel like I'm bothering them when I go in to pay for 2 policies. Other than that I have no complaints

Never ever use this insurance company. they are nothing but a pack of liars. I had to file a claim and they lied about the process. they Lied about when they sent the claim check. They lied again...
