If I were a stylist I'd be PO'd. The crazy long wait when you call in to make an appt, have to suffer through ads. No thanks.

I love my haircut from Pepper. She understands my hair and how it lays and gives me perfect cut every time. The salon is always bustling but I love the quiet shampoo room.
