ABN AMRO Asset Management Holdings, is a subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., which is headquartered in the Netherlands and has operations in over 50 countries. The parent company's shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In 2001, the merger with ABN AMRO Asset Management Holdings was consummated.
