Khushboo Chokshi, M.D., earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and her medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She went on to do her internal medicine residency and pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Chokshi is board certified in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine and critical care. She is also a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. Her special interests range from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to interstitial lung diseases. In her spare time, Dr. Chokshi enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Dr. Usmani is board certified in Internal medicine, Pulmonary medicine and Critical Care medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society. Dr. Usmani treats patients with a variety of lung disorders including Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Lung Nodules. His special interests include treating patients with Pulmonary Hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). In his spare time, Dr. Usmani enjoys spending time his family, running/biking and playing casual sports.

Dr. Page is double board-certified in General Surgery and Complex Surgical Oncology by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, the Pancreas Club, the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, and the Georgia Surgical Society. Dr. Page's clinical focus is in surgical oncology, including cancer of the stomach, liver, and pancreas. As a surgical oncologist, he particularly appreciates coordinating multidisciplinary care of patients with cancer, and also has experience in developing standardized and evidence-based perioperative clinical pathways. Dr. Page also has formal training in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. He is Director of Surgical Oncology and HPB Surgery for Piedmont Healthcare and he is co-founder of the Piedmont Pancreas Cancer Surgery Clinic. He is the Founder and Director of the Atlanta Pancreas Cancer Conference held annually in November for physicians, clinicians, patients and caretakers. Gracious patients, clinicians and family members began the Andrew Page Pancreas Cancer Fund to support clinical and patient education, clinical research, programmatic expenses, community outreach, patient and caregiver support and capital purchases or improvements. In his spare time, Dr. Page enjoys spending time with his wife and children, his sister and her family, all who live in Atlanta.
