As President and CEO of iPartners, Bob Lasher brings over 25 years of software industry experience. Bob is responsible for the overall strategy and vision for the firm as well as leading the marketing area. iPartners is a successful spin-off of Application Partners, a leading consultancy in Enterprise Performance Management that Bob founded in 1994. Bob has developed a team with vast experience in helping organizations improve their operating performance. Tom leads Technology & Operations with responsibility for the solution architecture, customer implementation and solution delivery. Tom has 20 years of IT experience including software development and full project lifecycle consulting work. Prior to iPartners, Tom spent 12 years as a senior manager for a leading Business Intelligence and Performance Management consulting company. He has successfully implemented solutions in a variety of industries including Insurance and Financial Services. He is the Chief Architect of the Insurance Scorecard, an SaaS ( Software as a Service ) application designed specifically for the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. Deb leads Customer Operations with responsibility for service and support activities in all production customers. Deb has over 15 years of experience in the software industry leading product implementations and managing consulting projects. Prior to iPartners, Deb spent 10 years delivering business intelligence and reporting services to the insurance industry working for a Performance Management consulting firm. Earlier she served 3 years managing IT support services for a large health care provider. Coming from a finance background, Deb has unique insights to the needs of end-users and has built a team with very high standards of service.
