I agree with the other past or current bank members of United Community Bank. I have Marketing background and have never seen a bank pitch themselves as a "community bank" and offer no assistance...

Avoid. Customer service is subpar and customer loyalty even though there are much better banks around means nothing. Bring Vaseline .

Horrible bank. I'm closing my account. I had a check that I get monthly get "suspected of fraud" and now I can't pay my bills.

I have called and left messages at the bank probably 20 times over 2 weeks and still nothing . I guess I need to do business some where else.
