Located in Powder Springs, Ga., Varner Elementary School serves students in grades kindergarten through five. The school s academic curriculum includes reading, writing, math, science, social studies, technology and fine arts. Varner Elementary School offers a preschool speech-language program that includes the way to overcome difficulty with articulation skills, language comprehension and expression to children of age 3 through 5. Its speech-language program also improves pragmatic language, fluency and voice quality of elementary school students. The school has a library that houses general reference materials, magazines, dictionaries, biographies and atlases. Varner Elementary School is owned and operated by the Cobb County School District.
