We at Tough Love Yoga are dedicated to the transformational power of yoga. We believe backbends can open your heart, forward bends can ease your mind, and your first crow pose can make you feel like you're flying. We teach from our hearts, and strive to give each student, at every level, the motivation and instruction to work up to their edge and through their perceived limitations. We aim to empower your practice and therefore your life. As teachers, we are committed to the study of yoga, learning from our teachers, our students, and from each other. Our specialties are Group Classes, Private Instruction, Boot Camps, and Special Events. We teach several classes all over the Atlanta area.
