Frying something Rancid does not make it edible. Totally unfit to eat. Communication was poor because I speak English and the owner doesn't. Even the fortune cookie was stale.

I think all the food is pretty good and it's always a great value. Sometimes the wings are really small that's why I only gave it a 4. Otherwise, good place to eat.
