Thomas E. Phillips, MD

Dr. Theodore Kanne earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California at Irvine and received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is active on the medical staff of South Georgia Medical Center.

Dr. Shelby Hooks is a certified and Georgia state licensed Audiologist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University. Dr. Hooks then went on to graduate from Auburn University with a Doctorate of Audiology in 2019. Following graduation Dr. Hooks worked in a private practice setting in Columbus, Georgia for three and a half years before relocating to Valdosta. Dr. Hooks and her husband enjoy watching sports and traveling with their dog, Moose.
