Arrived at 2:20 and doors were locked with employees inside who decided for some reason to close early and ignore our knocking. Sign says they close at 2:30.

I have several Amazon returns that never make it to Amazon when I use this UPS store. It has specifically been on clothing that comes in the Amazon clear, zip bag.
