History

Simon was the son of William Kehoe, beloved citizen and founder of The Kehoe Iron Works. After undergoing an expansive restoration, 'The Simon' offers a one-of-a-kind Savannah experience. The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is one of the city's most well-preserved examples of the Queen Anne Revival architectural style.
