I had 3 Columbia jackets I wanted monogramed and the little girl working out front told me there would be a $50.00 set up fee !! I said "For Monograms" ?? I asked her did she know what monograms...

Horrible service once they get your business they stop Communicating they lied to me and said my stuff is going done and they didn't do it I don't recommend them
