Heard County High School
Located in Franklin, Ga., Heard County High School offers a variety of educational, extracurricular and enrichment programs for students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes social studies, mathematics, fine arts, Spanish, science and technology, language arts, and physical education. It also offers vocational programs in business education, family and consumer science, health occupation, and driver training. The school s library and media center has a large collection of books, encyclopedias, magazines, newspapers, and access to the Internet. It offers various sport programs, such as tennis, softball, basketball, wrestling, cheerleading, football, baseball, cross-country, golf, and athletics. The school also operates the Spanish club, Y-Club, and student council and band. Heard County High enrolls more than 500 students, and operates under the Heard County School System.
