The Juicy Crab® story starts long before the opening of the Duluth, Georgia, first corporate restaurant in 2015. The Chen family's inspiration ultimately came from New Orleans and the world travels of Grandfather Chen. The absolute worst service ever tonight! And it's already hit or miss at best on most days anyway... The to-go team literally got every order wrong for @5 consecutive people - including mine. And...

Food was good service was very good she explained how things were prepared to someone who had al food allergies. It was very loud and crowded on weekends as expected.

Food was not good! And customer Service was awful!. I will not go back. And I don't recommend this place to nobody.

We love this place. It helps that I get a SAMC Discount but the food was so yummy. We went for the first time with friends and the service was great, the express wonderful as they explained...
