Our busines started in August of 2019, in Austell, Ga. We have a great team and amazing food, here to serve our community, friends, and family, fresh made to order food. From quality ingredients. No freezer food. The Dirty Bird concept and menu was developed by Chef Shawn and was brought to reality by friend and business partner Jah Mohammed
