The Bread House is a health-conscious bakery and farm-to-table restaurant with a two-fold mission. One mission is to provide nutritious meals and baked goods to our community and the other is to offer a significant life changing opportunity to the residents of GraceWay Recovery Residence. GraceWay is a residential, long-term addiction recovery community for women located a block away from our establishment. The restaurant and bakery supports GraceWay financially, as well as offers its residents a wholesome working environment. The Bread House offers valuable lessons and on-the-job training for those on the road to recovery. Both The Bread House and GraceWay have set out to fill important needs in our Albany community: Delicious, fresh, healthy food and first-class recovery support services.

I ate lunch here with a colleague recently and we both loved it. Great vibes here! The only small complaint I have is that they sat us near the bar on the backside and it was super quiet there....

Beautiful, well decorated homely restaurant. Avocado toast was a disappointment. They use store bought guacamole, and not the good kind. Brunch menu was a disappointment altogether.
