Final update on the review. The situation finally got resolved earlier this year. It's a shame it took this long. But judging by the reviews, it seems to be still a consistent issue.

Do not move here. We've been here less than two months and it's been a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I'm not even going to go into the incompetent agents at the desk, you can read about them in other reviews....
