This 50-acre cemetery, originally a temporary camp during the Civil War and later a vineyard, was transformed into a perpetual-care cemetery by a partnership of four businessmen. Under the ownership of Mrs. Laura McCormack, the park flourished, and today it is owned by Terry and Diedre Nida, who have over 30 years of experience in the industry.
