Went today for lunch, lot of cars in line, lot of people waiting inside. Almost went elsewhere when I saw no one at the counter. They were short staffed but I ordered with a touchscreen kiosk....

Slowest taco bell there is. With pricing and 30 min wait. Might as well go to a nice sit down Mexican restaurant. Always like this. Ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible, the average wait is 40 minutes almost every time. The staff is extremely rude .

Would give 0 starts if I could, avoid the drive through you'll be sitting there for atleast 45 minutes!!!
