I stopped by because I felt AT&T was just too expensive and they lack in customer service. Best decision ever ! I changed carrier and got new phones and iPods! The customer service was amazing...

Walked in nobody greeted us. Sat down still wasn't acknowledged. I guess they don't need our business. Will try another store. Don't waste your time going to this T-Mobile store.
