Since T Mobile has made changes in customer service I no longer feel loyal. A fee to call in now! A few to pay them with credit card now! I go online to change it and it says I can avoid the fee...

Z flip 4 screen protector cracked. 2 months later charged me $99 for new device with insurance over a piece of plastic. There insurance company is absolute trash. The service as well lately.
