Customer service is not the same. It seems as though staff is not properly trained. The management in the store used to be great. I'm trying to add on a line today and nobody seems to have a clue

We came in today and Marina was extremely and disgusting rude. She made our service terrible. I think that she needs to get a better attitude and serve the people like she's glad she has the job.
