Making online orders when you have a customer standing waiting to order in store for over 15 min should NEVER happen. Assist the customer IN FRONT OF YOU first, then handle your online orders....

Always takes forever even if there is no line. The sandwiches aren't even that great,you should not have to wait 25 minutes and there is only 2 people in form of you.
