second time ordering on app. Food wasn't ready AGAIN. After I've paid and gotten notification that my meal was ready f or pickup. Please do better!!!!

There were several red flags that we ignored. (1) The very talkative employee with braces on teeth, but no Subway hat, visor, or hair covering who greeted us with a joke, which lessen the blow...

Service was terrible. Shift manager ( older lady) was on her ass while one teenage girl with glasses was trying her best to attend to all the costumers. Then another 10 min wait til the manager...

Our last 3 visits have been a nightmare. NO Manager or owner ever on the premises. The kids working try but ARE NOT trained. Always out of stock. NO Bread on two occasions. Placed two orders...
