I am also a Licensed Master Cosmetologist- Hairstylist and Nail Artist. -Please Read- Prior to prepare for your tan! 24-48 hours prior to tanning 1. Shower 2. Shave 3. Exfoliate 4. No lotion 5. No deodorant 6. No make up (optional) 7. Mani/pedis or any kind of waxing before you tan After Care: 6-24 hours after tan (1-3 hours after Rapid tan) 1. Luke warm shower 2. No hard scrubbing 3. No bar soap 4. Moisturize daily 5. Sunscreen still needed
