I don't know why but every time I come to this library (silent area) there are people talking (NOT quietly). I also don't know why the library staffs don't speak up! They can clearly hear them...

Everyone there is super helpful! And unlike some library's it's actually pretty quite/peaceful. It's also in a great location in the village. They do need to Sanitize and clean the place regularly...
