I am sitting here reading all of these horrible reviews. I only have to make contact with State Home Mortgage once a year to get my 1098 sent to me for my taxes. I must say out of the 10 years...

Horrible customer service. No reponse at all. The website will not accept principal only payments. This is the worst company.
