Let me start by saying that while I'm not a regular like some people, I'm a frequent flyer. Sometimes I'm by once a week, sometimes four times a week. For the most part, this Starbucks is 10/10....

ordered a white hot chocolate.. was very disappointed when I got a regular hot chocolate :( ps. receipt says white hot chocolate so they knew that's what I wanted
