Upon walking in, no one greeted or acknowledged I was there. I stood in front of the register for about 8 minutes and then asked if there was anyone working the register. The girl I asked rudely...

I'm pleasantly surprised. Stopped here while using the Tesla Supercharger next door, and they are now using actual ceramic mugs. Service was prompt and courteous. Interior was pretty clean....

They are slow as molasses. I have been here for 15+ minutes waiting on 2 frappes and one latte drinks. The food wasn't all that, I probably wouldn't go back to this one again.
