It's fine and service is good but I order a venti without room all the time and they leave 1-2 inches at top of the cup empty all the time. I order at lots of Starbucks and this never happens....

Been waiting for OVER 1/2 hour with 4 people ahead of me. Staff is completely clueless and No manager on site. They have a horrible attitude. Avoid this location unless you have an HOUR to wait.

Drinks are never made correctly anymore and taste terrible. I used to always be able to count on great coffee and tea but not anymore...started going downhill a few years ago.
