We drove 45 minutes to get here as the hubby has been here a few times and wanted me to try it. The country fried steak and chicken tenders were the main meal with a couple of different sides....

Such a sad visit. All food took a long time to arrive and all, including tiny scoop of mashed potatoes, was room temperature. Getting a little gravy or a some margarine for your cornbread is not...

Basic describes Stalvey's. Basic food. Basic service. Basic atmosphere. Nothing really stood out. I doubt I'll ever return.

My burger tasted good but the a condiment were trying sad, one onion ring and a piece of lettuce the size of a half dollar.

First time trying the restaurant and it was really good. Country fried steak was hot and fresh. Server was really nice and took good care of us.
