This is a public facility, but the Spalding County Pickleball Association (SCPA) has preferred rights when running programs, activities and events, to include tournaments. The SCPA has an agreement with Spalding County to develop, operate and manage programs at the Spalding County Pickleball Complex. If there are no planned or scheduled events or activities, the courts are open to the public.
