The Southeast Georgia Communities Project (SEGCP) is a non-profit organization established in 1995 with the mission of promoting human dignity through self-empowerment in health and education. Located in three of the poorest counties in Southeast Georgia, SEGCP focuses on serving the low-income Latino community by providing various programs and services, including primary care, education, food and clothing banks, case management, and medical-legal interpretation.

With a high concentration of Latino residents working in industries such as agriculture, poultry plants, clothing factories, and forestry, SEGCP acts as a liaison between health and service providers, offering health prevention education and assistance in navigating social and medical services. Additionally, SEGCP provides support services through their food pantry, clothing closet, utility and prescription programs, as well as transportation to medical and government appointments.
