Unreliable. We should not have to hope our trash is picked up each week. Inconsistent. Some weeks (or every other week) they will pick up all of our trash, but leave things behind....

Poor service!!!! They did not pick up our trash it's been 2 days!!!!! Outside stinks so bad! They promised to be here by 6. It's 8:30pm on Friday and they are closed until Monday!!!!! I'm sick....
