We are comfortable investing as a significant minority owner with appropriate protections, or as a majority owner. Use of proceeds often includes founder liquidity, expansion capital, and acquisitions. Financial Metrics. We target companies with $10 million to $100 million in revenue that are growing rapidly and have profitable business models. Business Model. We seek companies that have a sustainable competitive advantage in the market place, exhibit the ability to scale non-linearly and have demonstrated top-line revenue growth. In addition, we target business models that have significant operating leverage that enjoy or can achieve superior profit margins. Geography and Sectors. The H.I.G. platform is international and we will consider any company that demonstrates the business model and financial characteristics described above.
