The experience was great, but a crew member named Denise was very rude and had very bad attitude. But other than that we had a great time.

The staff was nice enough, but at our birthday party a few weeks ago we had to retrieve everything ourselves and ask for it several times- like bringing our own water pitchers and drink pitchers...
