Stylists are late every appointment without any reason and don't even come to acknowledge they see the client waiting. So unprofessional especially for the inflated prices.

I had been a customer for years. All of a sudden got culled from this salon with no reason and no explanation. Well ok fine, you always treat your "regular" clients so rudely?..... Evidently so.
