History
Established in 2021. In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and growing mental health crisis Sherard found himself compelled to help people no matter where they lived to get back active and to feeling better about themselves. His plan was to improve the lives of serious goal driven individuals by providing the best online fitness experience possible. In December of 2021 he began inviting people to join his zoom classes for only 3 days a week and the rest is history. As a result many bodies have been transformed, and many lifestyles have been completely turned around for the best. All it took was 30 mins out of the day for only 3 days a week.
