The Savannah Room is part of the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education & Hotel, which opened its doors in 1957, making us the second-oldest restaurant in Athens, GA. We have maintained a unique personality and several traditions throughout our long history, including our famous Strawberry Ice Cream Pie. Nowadays, the Savannah Room is home to Executive Chef Rob Harrison.
