History
The Sautee Inn changed ownership in 2022. The victorian house is located in the Sautee Nacoochee Historic Area a few miles from Alpine Helen. The original house, The Alley House, was built in 1892 and rebuilt on the original foundation following a fire in 1896. Over the years the structure and grounds have been used as a private home, restaurant, and has been a Bed and Breakfast since 2004.
