Salem High

Salem High School serves more than 1,600 students and is located in Conyers, Ga. The school s curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, foreign languages, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physical science, astronomy, social studies, and health and physical education. The institution s fine arts department provides teaching in band, art, chorus and drama. It provides various technical courses in technology, video production, business education and family and consumer science. The Salem High School has a media center that offers more than 14,000 books, periodical titles and over 55 computer terminals with Internet access. It offers various sports, including football, softball, basketball, baseball, swimming, soccer, tennis, volleyball and cross country. The school has several student organizations, such as theater, band, student congress and chorus.
